We want you to love your Taylor Swift Official Store merchandise, but if you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

  Ship Your Items

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
